RIWAYAT SINGKAT PERUSAHAAN BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, (selanjutnya disebut WIKA atau Perseroan) didirikan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 19 tahun 1960 juncto Peraturan Pemerintah No. 64 tahun 1961 tanggal 29 Maret 1961 tentang Pendirian Perusahaan Negara/PN “Wijaya Karya”. Bahwa berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 64 tahun 1961 ini, PN Wijaya Karya lahir merupakan hasil peleburan dari perusahaan bangunan bekas milik Belanda yang bernama Naamloze Vennootschap Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedrijf Visen Co. yang telah dikenakan nasionalisasi berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 2 Tahun 1960 dan Surat Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Tenaga Listrik (PUTL) No. 5 tanggal 11 Maret 1960. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, (hereinafter referred to as WIKA or Company) was established on March 29, 1961 based on 1960 Law No. 19 juncto 1961 Government Regulation No. 64 dated March 29, 1961 concerning the Establishment of State Company/PN “Wijaya Karya”. Pursuant to the 1961 Government Regulation No. 64, PN Wijaya Karya was merged with the former Dutch-owned building company Naamloze Vennootschap Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedrijf Vis en Co. that had been nationalized based on 1960 Government Regulation No. 2 and the Ministry of Public Works and Electric Power (PUTL) Decree No. 5 dated March 11, 1960.
