RUSPLB Tahun Buku 2021 ini dipimpin langsung oleh Jarot Widyoko selaku Komisaris Utama dengan membahas dua keputusan, yaitu: Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Perubahan Susunan Pengurus Perseroan. Selain itu, pengumuman dari Direktur Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia pada 2 Agustus 2021 tentang pemberlakuan penggunaan KBLI 2020 pada layanan Perseroan Terbatas. RUPSLB pun menyetujui pengangkatan Adityo Kusumo sebagai Direktur Keuangan dan Manajemen Risiko Perseroan. WIKA held a hybrid Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in Jakarta. The 2021 RSPLB was chaired directly by Jarot Widyoko as the President Commissioner by discussing two decisions, namely: Amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association and Changes to the Company’s Management Composition. In addition, the announcement from the Director General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on 2 August 2021 regarding the enforcement of the use of KBLI 2020 in Limited Liability Company services. The EGMS also approved the appointment of Adityo Kusumo as the Company’s Director of Finance and Risk Management. WIKA Industri Manufaktur (WIMA) sebagai bagian dari grup WIKA menjalin kerja sama dengan perusahaan Senegal Laila Ndiaye Prima (LNP) untuk mengembangkan pasar di kawasan Afrika Barat. Kerja sama ini akan mendorong GESITS sebagai motor listrik hasil produksi anak negeri untuk masuk ke pasar internasional terutama Senegal dan negara-negara lain di wilayah Afrika bagian barat. Bantuan pendidikan anak negeri ini diserahkan secara simbolis oleh General Manager Corporate Relations (GM CR) WIKA, Achmad Harris A. Soekamto bersama Kepala Staf Komando Daerah Militer (Kasdam) IX/Udayana, Brigjen Harfendi, kepada putra putri anggota TNI di Denpasar, Bali pada Kamis (24/2). WIKA bergabung dengan BUMN lainnya menyalurkan beasiswa berupa tabungan pendidikan dengan jumlah Rp13 miliar sebagai penunjang kebutuhan belajar bagi para mahasiswa berprestasi Indonesia.
