Dalam keputusan ini, atas jumlah uang muka tanah yang sudah dibayarkan WKR sebesar Rp1.066.000.000 adalah sepenuhnya menjadi hak PT Bintang Express Sarana. Perjanjian Paket Rancang Bangun Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum Regional Jatiluhur I dengan KSO WIKA - JAYA Design and Construction Package of Drinking Water Supply Systems Jatiluhur I Regional Agreement with JO WIKA - JAYA Berdasarkan Perjanjian Paket Rancang Bangun Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum Regional Jatiluhur I No. TP.01.01/A.DIR.60/WTJJ/IV/2021 tanggal 16 April 2021, WTJJ menyerahkan pekerjaan perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum Regional Jatiluhur I kepada KSO WIKA – JAYA. Nilai dari perjanjian ini sebesar Rp1.357.040.000. Jangka waktu perjanjian ini terhitung sejak ditandatanganinya perjanjian hingga ditandatanganinya Berita Acara Serah Terima Hasil Akhir Pekerjaan.
