Namun demikian, berdasarkan keputusan RUPS Tahunan tanggal 4 Mei 2023, terdapat pengangkatan kembali Agung Budi Waskito sebagai Direktur Utama WIKA yang habis masa jabatannya, serta perubahan nomenklatur Direksi dari semula Direktur Human Capital dan Pengembangan menjadi Direktur Human Capital Management. However, on the Annual GMS resolution on May 4 2023, Agung Budi Waskito as President Director of WIKA whose term of office had expired was re-appointed, and there were changes in the nomenclature of the Board of Directors from Director of Human Capital and Development to Director of Human Capital Management. The Annual GMS on May 4 2023 also transferred the assignment of Hadjar Seti Adji, who was originally Director of Human Capital and Development to Director of Human Capital Management. Accordingly, the composition of WIKA’s Board of Directors as of December 31, 2023 is 7 (seven) members, consisting of 1 (one) President Director, 1 (one) Director of Operations I, 1 (one) Director of Operations II, 1 (one) Director of Operations III, 1 (one) Director of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, 1 (one) Director of Finance and Risk Management, and 1 (one) Director of Human Capital Management.
