Dengan ESS ini, Perseroan dapat mengetahui bentuk keterlibatan individual dan kepuasan serta sebagai bentuk antusiasme karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Selain mengukur tingkat engagement karyawan, ESS juga digunakan sebagai feedback terhadap programprogram yang telah dilakukan dan input untuk penyusunan program-program Perseroan selanjutnya. Target engagement level Pegawai WIKA ditetapkan 10% di atas rata-rata engagement level perusahaan di Indonesia. Sejak tahun 2017, EES secara eksternal dilakukan secara berkala setiap 2 (dua) tahun sekali. Tetapi pada tahun 2023, EES dilakukan secara internal. Through EES, the Company can ascertain the level of individual engagement and satisfaction as well as employee’s enthusiasm in doing their work. Apart from measuring the level of employee engagement, ESS is also used as feedback for programs that have been carried out and as input for preparing next programs. WIKA’s employee engagement level target is set at 10% above the average engagement level for companies in Indonesia. Since 2017, EES has been conducted externally and periodically every 2 (two) years. But in 2023, EES was done internally.
