Penurunan ini disebabkan karena masih belum tercapainya lalu lintas harian pada investasi jalan tol yang dimiliki Perseroan sesuai studi kelayakan. Sementara itu, di tahun 2023, segmen investasi mencatatkan rugi bersih sebesar Rp472.08 miliar, adapun di tahun 2022 segmen investasi mencatatkan rugi bersih sebesar Rp470,96 miliar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh meningkatnya serta beban pendanaan pada segmen investasi Perseroan. Segment Revenue and Profitability In 2023, realized investment segment sales or revenue amounted to Rp83.86 billion, experienced a decrease of Rp106.60 billion or 55.97% compared to the previous year of Rp190.46 million. This decrease was due to the unachieved daily traffic on the Company’s toll road investments according to the feasibility study. In 2023, the investment segment recorded a net loss of Rp472,08 billion, while in 2022 the investment segment recorded a net loss of Rp470.96 billion. This was caused by the increase in funding expense of the Company’s investment segment.
