Based on SK-16-S.MBU-2012, carried out in February-March 2023 Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard oleh Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) Awards yang diselenggarakan oleh The Indonesian Institute For Corporate Governance (IICG) dan Majalah SWA Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) Awards held by The Indonesian Institute For Corporate Governance (IICG) and SWA Magazine Kualitas penerapan GCG di lingkungan Perseroan menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup baik. Hal ini tercermin dari hasil Assessment Implementasi GCG yang dilakukan oleh BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan skor 95,116. WIKA juga berhasil mendapatkan skor 94,02 pada Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” oleh Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD). Selain itu, WIKA juga berhasil mendapat skor 87,60 dengan kategori “Sangat Terpercaya” pada program Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) yang digelar oleh The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) dan Majalah SWA. The quality of GCG implementation within the Company has been improving. This is reflected in the results of GCG Assessment by BPKP Representative of DKI Jakarta Province with a score of 95.116. WIKA also managed to obtain a score of 94.02 on the Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) in “Very Good” category by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD). In addition, WIKA also successfully obtain a score of 87.60 in “The Most Trusted Company” category in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) program held by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) and SWA Magazine.
