PERBANDINGAN ANTARA TARGET DAN REALISASI SERTA PROYEKSI UNTUK 1 (SATU) TAHUN KE DEPAN Perbandingan antara Target dan Realisasi Perseroan telah menetapkan sejumlah target yang hendak dicapai dalam Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) Tahun 2023 yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi industri dan ekonomi. Adapun perbandingan pencapaian beberapa target yang ditetapkan berdasarkan RKAP Tahun 2023 dengan realisasi tahun buku 2023, adalah sebagai berikut. Hal tersebut disebabkan meningkatnya kehati-hatian dalam perolehan kontrak baru dan selesainya beberapa proyek strategis nasional yang signifikan. Pemasaran/Kontrak Baru Per 31 Desember 2023, Perseroan membukukan perolehan kontrak baru sebesar Rp29.246 miliar atau mencapai 22,28% terhadap target sebesar Rp37.628 miliar. Hal tersebut disebabkan perseroan lebih selektif dalam memilih project owner yang memiliki term of payment monthly progress dengan uang muka. In order to support the Company’s growth, WIKA has applied several strategies, including financial restructuring, improving governance and risk management, accelerating the collection of problem receivables, asset recycling, improving the Orderbook Portfolio, reducing operating expenses, reducing the balance of supplier advances, and strengthening capital structure. COMPARISON BETWEEN TARGET AND REALIZATION AND ONE YEAR PROJECTION Comparison between Target and Realization The Company has established a number of targets to be achieved in the 2023 Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP), which have been adjusted to the industry and economic conditions. The comparison of the achievement of several established targets based on the 2023 RKAP with the realization in the 2023 fiscal year is as follows. Order Book Order book as of December 31 2023, realized amounted to Rp73,905 billion or below the target of 13.17% of Rp85,118 billion. This was due to the increased caution in obtaining new contracts and the completion of several significant national strategic projects. Marketing/New Contract As of December 31, 2023, the Company recorded new contract acquisition of Rp29,246 billion or reached 22.28% of the target of Rp37,628 billion. This was because the Company is more selective in choosing project owners who have monthly progress terms of payment with advances.
