Pemasaran/Kontrak Baru Pemasaran/Kontrak baru diproyeksikan sebesar Rp31.074 miliar di tahun 2024 atau mencapai 106,25% terhadap realisasi tahun 2023 sebesar Rp29.246 miliar. Hal ini seiring dengan meningkatnya potensi diperolehnya kontrak baru di IKN dan PSN. Pendapatan Pendapatan di tahun 2024 diproyeksikan sebesar Rp23.969 miliar atau mencapai 106,38% terhadap realisasi tahun 2023 sebesar Rp22.530 miliar. Hal ini dikarenakan optimalnya produksi kontrak dihadapi Perseroan. Laba (Rugi) Neto Di tahun 2024, Perseroan diproyeksikan mencatatkan kerugian neto sebesar Rp5.631 miliar atau 71,97% dari realisasi rugi neto tahun 2023 sebesar Rp7.824 miliar. Hal ini disebabkan proyeksi jumlah beban keuangan dan beban lain-lain Perseroan yang masih cukup tinggi. Jumlah Aset Jumlah Aset diproyeksikan sebesar Rp64.702 miliar di tahun 2024 atau mencapai 98,06% terhadap realisasi tahun 2023 sebesar Rp65.981 miliar. Hal ini seiring dengan adanya proyeksi penurunan pada aset lancar perusahaan. Jumlah Liabilitas Jumlah Liabilitas di tahun 2024 diproyeksikan sebesar Rp53.700 miliar atau mencapai 95,20% terhadap realisasi tahun 2023 sebesar Rp56.410 miliar. Hal ini disebabkan menurunnya liabilitas lancar Perseroan. Production/Order Book Production/order book is projected to reach Rp76,229 billion in 2024 or reach 103.14% of the realization in 2023 of Rp73,905 billion. This is driven by the potential for optimal production on the Company’s order book, which is estimated to increase due to the opportunities for obtaining new contracts at IKN and PSN. Marketing/New Contract Marketing/New contract is projected at Rp31,074 billion in 2024 or reaching 106.25% of the 2023 realization of Rp29,246 billion. This is in line with the increasing potential for obtaining new contracts at IKN and PSN. Revenue Revenue in 2024 is projected at Rp23,969 billion or reaching 106.38% of the realization in 2023 of Rp22,530 billion. This is due to the optimal order book of the Company. Net Profit (Loss) In 2024, the Company is projected to record a net loss of Rp5.631 billion, or 71.97% of the net loss realized in 2023 amounting to Rp7.824 billion.
