Penggunaan tambahan Pernyertaan Modal Negara (PMN) meliputi penambahan PMN yang diterima saat tahun berjalan, penambahan PMN yang diterima tahun sebelumnya yang belum habis digunakan, dan/atau penambahan PMN tahun-tahun berikutnya. Realisasi PMN WIKA Tahun 1994 Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1994 tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia Ke Dalam Modal Saham Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Wijaya Karya, Perseroan telah memperoleh penambahan PMN berupa tanah seluas 257.345 m2 yang masing-masing terletak di Desa Pondok Jagung dan Desa Lengkong Wetan Kecamatan Serpong, Kabupaten Tangerang seluas 120.045 m2 dan di Desa Jimbaran Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali seluas 137.300 m2 yang pada saat ini dikelola oleh Departemen Pekerjaan Umum, dengan Nilai penambahan PMN ke dalam modal saham Perseroan atas tanah tersebut adalah sebesar Rp1.561.665.833,- (satu miliar lima ratus enam puluh satu juta enam ratus enam puluh lima ribu delapan ratus tiga puluh tiga rupiah). Realisasi PMN WIKA Tahun 2000 Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 85 Tahun 2000 tentang Penambahan Pernyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia Ke Dalam Modal Saham Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Wijaya Karya, Perseroan telah memperoleh penambahan PMN yang berasal dari sisa hasil likuidasi Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Kertas Gowa berupa tanah tapak pabrik seluas 385.178 m2, bangunan pabrik seluas 24.560 m2. tanah untuk kantor REALIZATION OF USE OF ADDITIONAL PMN FUNDS State Capital Participation (PMN) is the separation of state assets from the state revenue and expenditure budget which is used as capital for SOE and/or limited liability companies and managed corporately. The use of additional State Capital Participation (PMN) includes additional PMN received during the current year, additional PMN received in the previous year which has not been used up, and/or additional PMN in subsequent years. Realization of WIKA PMN in 1994 Based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 1994 concerning Addition of State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia to the Share Capital of the Company (Persero) PT Wijaya Karya, the Company has obtained additional PMN in the form of land covering an area of 257,345 m2, each located in Pondok Jagung Village and Lengkong Wetan Village, Serpong District, Tangerang Regency covering an area of 120,045 m2 and in Jimbaran Village, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali covering an area of 137,300 m2 which is currently managed by the Department of Public Works, with the additional value of PMN to the Company’s share capital for the land amounting to Rp1,561,665,833 (one billion five hundred sixty one million six hundred sixty five thousand eight hundred thirty three rupiah).
