WIKA juga menerapkan standardisasi terhadap manajemen pelayanan sistem dan sistem manajemen keamanan informasi yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikasi ISO 200001:2018 (Service Management System) dan ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security System). WIKA terus berusaha menghadirkan inisiatif-inisiatif pengelolaan dan pengembangan Teknologi Informasi yang sejalan dengan kebutuhan Perseroan.
