Tugas Kami sebagai Direksi didukung sistem manajemen WIKA yang telah didigitalisasi sehingga Kami dapat secara realtime mengawasi dan mengetahui perkembangan pengelolaan Perseroan, mulai dari pemasaran, keuangan, perpajakan, sumber daya manusia, bahkan operasional di proyek-proyek. Digitalisasi sistem manajemen ini pun memudahkan kami untuk mengetahui sejak dini jika terindikasi adanya penyimpangan di masing-masing unit kerja sampai sekecil proyek yang sedang berjalan. Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan WIKA berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik atau good corporate governance (GCG) di lingkungan Perseroan. Penerapan GCG tidak semata hanya untuk memenuhi kewajiban perundang-undangan, tapi lebih dari itu, GCG telah menjadi ruh dalam setiap aktivitas operasional Perseroan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas penerapan GCG, Perseroan secara berkala melakukan review terhadap struktur, organ dan mekanisme tata kelola yang diterapkan Perseroan. Di tahun 2022, Perseroan telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG, antara lain dengan melakukan pengintegrasian aplikasi Whistleblowing System dengan Departemen Sistem Informasi serta KPK, melakukan pendampingan sertifikasi ISO 37001:2016 tentang Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan untuk Entitas Anak (WIKA Industri & Konstruksi, WIKA Industri Energi), melakukan pemutakhiran Prosedur dan Instruksi Kerja GCG, Whistleblowing System dan Pengendalian Gratifikasi, membuat SK Tim Kepatuhan, Tim Pencari Fakta dan Majelis Kehormatan Pegawai dan berbagai aktivitas lainnya. Di tahun 2022, Perseroan juga melakukan pemutakhiran Komitmen BOD dan BOC dan seluruh pegawai Perseroan terhadap Code Of Conduct, Code of Corporate Governance untuk tahun 2021-2023. Melalui berbagai kegiatan tersebut, kualitas penerapan GCG di lingkungan Perseroan menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup baik. Hal ini salah satunya tercermin dari hasil Assessment Implementasi GCG yang dilakukan oleh BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan skor 94,978. Selain itu, WIKA juga berhasil mempertahankan predikat sebagai “The Most Trusted Company” pada program Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) yang digelar oleh The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG). Board of Directors’ Role to Ensure the Execution of Strategies Board of Directors has a very strategic role in ensuring that the Company’s strategy is implemented according to plan. Our duties as Directors are supported by WIKA’s management system that has been digitized, so that we can monitor and acknowledge the development of the Company’s management in real time, from marketing, finance, taxation, human capital, even operational projects. The digitization of this management system also makes it easier for us to find out early if there are indications of deviations in each work unit down to the smallest of ongoing projects. Implementation of Corporate Governance WIKA is committed to continuously improving the quality of good corporate governance (GCG) implementation within the Company. The implementation of GCG is not only to fulfill statutory obligations, but more than that, GCG has become the spirit in every operational activity of the Company. To improve the quality of GCG implementation, the Company periodically reviews the structure, organs and governance mechanisms implemented by the Company. In 2022, the Company has made various efforts to improve the quality of GCG principles implementation, including by integrating the Whistleblowing System application with the Information Systems Department and the Corruption Eradication Commission, assisting with ISO 37001: 2016 certification regarding Anti-Bribery Management System for Subsidiaries (WIKA) Industri & Konstruksi, WIKA Energi Industri), updated GCG Procedures and Work Instructions, Whistleblowing System and Gratification Control, made a Compliance Team Decree, Fact Finding Team and Employee Honorary Council and various other activities. In 2022, the Company also updated the commitment of BOD, and BOC, and all employees of the Company on the Code of Conduct, Code of Corporate Governance for 2021-2023. Through these activities, the quality of GCG implementation within the Company has shown a fairly good improvement. This is reflected in one of the results of GCG Assessment conducted by BPKP DKI Jakarta Provincial Representative with a score of 94.978. In addition, WIKA also managed to maintain the title as “The Most Trusted Company” in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) program held by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG).
