Bukan hanya itu, fungsi utama Divisi Human Capital juga berperan sebagai strategic business partner yang dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi dan memenuhi kebutuhan Organisasi dalam mengembangkan bisnis Perseroan. Dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, Human Capital WIKA didukung oleh 5 (lima) Departemen Human Capital Korporasi, yaitu Departemen Pengembangan Organisasi, Departemen Manajemen Talenta, Departemen Pusat Keunggulan WIKA, Departemen Rekrutmen & Pengharkatan, dan Departemen Pengelolaan Pengalaman Pegawai serta 1 (satu) Sub Divisi Human Capital Desk. Adapun pembagian tugas dan fungsi masing-masing Departemen dalam Divisi Human Capital antara lain sebagai berikut: 1. Departemen Pengembangan Organisasi Memiliki fungsi utama dalam melakukan penyusunan rencana jangka panjang dan tahunan terkait Human Capital, strategi pengembangan organisasi, perencanaan kebutuhan Human Capital, pembentukan dan implementasi budaya Perseroan, serta penanggung jawab dalam penyusunan sistem dan prosedur lingkup Human Capital. 2. Departemen Manajemen Talenta Memiliki fungsi utama dalam pengelolaan talenta melalui identifikasi key position organisasi, seleksi talent, rencana pengembangan dan rencana karir talent dalam rangka penyiapan kandidat untuk proses suksesor, termasuk juga pengelolaan manajemen karier, program pendidikan Human Capital Division Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities of Human Capital Division within the Company is to manage and control the functions of manpower planning and fulfillment, career planning, optimizing placement, coaching and competency development, industrial relations, and controlling divisionlevel business costs. Apart from that, the main function of Human Capital Division is to act as a strategic business partner in the Company to assist in identifying and meeting the Organization needs in developing the business. In carrying out its duties and responsibilities, WIKA’s Human Capital is made up of 5 (five) Corporate Human Capital Departments, namely Organizational Development Department, Talent Management Department, WIKA’s Center of Excellence Department, Recruitment and Dignity Department, and Human Experience Management and 1 (one) Human Capital Desk Sub Division. The division of duties and functions for each Department in Human Capital Division is as follows: 1. Organizational Development Department Main function is preparing long-term and annual plans related to Human Capital, organizational development strategies, planning of Human Capital needs, developing and implementing corporate culture, and responsible for preparing systems and procedures within Human Capital. 2. Talent Management Department Main function is managing talent after identifying organization’s key positions, talent selection, talent development and career plans in order to prepare candidates for the successor process, including career management, further education programs, as well as
