Improving procedures and operating models to ensure that there is a check & balance process in every activity; consisting of, among others: • Implementation of real-time online based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); • Improvement of the four eyes mechanism in project acquisition and in monitoring project progress; • Creation of financial dashboards and Digital Control Tower; • Digitalization of business processes is important in WIKA. 3 Percepatan Penagihan Piutang Bermasalah Acceleration of Collection of Non-Performing Receivables Percepatan penagihan atas piutang-piutang bermasalah dengan inisiatif utama antara lain: • Pembentukan unit khusus penagihan piutang • Menjalankan proses klaim baik melalui negosiasi bilateral, mediasi lembaga yang berwenang maupun litigasi melalui pengadilan dan/atau badan arbitrase domestik maupun internasional. Accelerating collection of non-performing receivables with key initiatives including: • Establishment of a special receivables collection unit • Carrying out claim processes either through bilateral negotiations, mediation by authorized institutions or litigation through courts and/or domestic and international arbitration bodies. 4 Asset Recycling Melakukan asset recycling atau divestasi atas aset-aset non-core Perseroan dalam rangka mendapatkan dana tunai untuk penyelesaian utang Perseroan. Carry out asset recycling or divestment of the Company's non-core assets in order to obtain cash funds to settle the Company's debts. 5 Perbaikan Portfolio Orderbook Portfolio Orderbook Improvement Memperbaiki portfolio orderbook konstruksi dengan berfokus kepada proyek-proyek yang memiliki pembayaran monthly progress; tujuan mengurangi defisit kas dan kebutuhan modal kerja Improving the construction orderbook portfolio by focusing on projects that have monthly progress payments; the aim is reducing cash deficits and working capital requirements 6 Penurunan Operating Expense Decrease in Operating Expense Penurunan operating expense sebesar minimal 25% secara jangka panjang jika dibandingkan tanpa inisiatif. Beberapa implementasi antara lain: • Penerapan manning dalam kepegawaian berbasis ERP • Reorganisasi menyesuaikan dengan fokus bisnis Perseroan • Lean construction Reducing operating expenses by at least 25% in the long term compared to without the initiative. Some implementations include: • Implementation of manning in ERP-based employment. • Reorganization in line with the Company's business focus • Lean construction 7 Penurunan Saldo Pinjaman Talangan Supplier Decrease in Supplier Bailing Loan Balances Restrukturisasi dan/atau penurunan pinjaman supply chain financing sebagai bagian dari pinjaman perbankan dan/atau lembaga keuangan secara keseluruhan. Restructuring and/or reducing supply chain financing loans as part of overall banking and/or financial institution loans. 8 Penguatan Struktur Permodalan Strengthening Capital Structure Penguatan struktur permodalan melalui rights issue atau penerbitan saham baru melalui mekanisme HMETD Strengthening the capital structure through rights issue or issuing new shares through HMETD mechanism Penetapan strategi yang telah dijalankan Perseroan sejalan dengan optimisme memasuki tahun 2023, diharapkan dapat memenuhi target-target yang telah ditetapkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja Perseroan.
