Jasa konstruksi sipil memiliki sejumlah sub bidang usaha yang terdiri dari beberapa lini, diantaranya adalah pembangunan sarana dan prasarana seperti jalan, jembatan, pengairan, serta prasarana perhubungan. Selain bertindak sebagai kontraktor, bidang usaha jasa konstruksi sipil juga mencakup rancang bangun ( design and build), mulai dari perencanaan hingga proses konstruksi. Sementara, jasa konstruksi gedung juga mencakup sejumlah sub bidang usaha, seperti pembangunan apartemen, kondominium, hotel, rumah susun, dan kompleks perumahan. Jasa konstruksi gedung juga dapat melakukan pekerjaan rancang bangun (design and build) sejak proses perencanaan konstruksi dengan dukungan bidang perekayasaan yang dimiliki Perseroan. In addition, WIKA also divides its operating segments based on geographic segments, namely Domestic and Overseas. INFRASTRUCTURE AND BUILDING SEGMENT Segment Explanation Infrastructure and Building segment consists of 2 (two) businesses, namely civil construction and building construction services. Civil construction services oversee a number of sub-sectors covering several lines of business, including infrastructure and facilities construction such as roads, bridges, irrigation, and transportation facilities. Besides working as a contractor, the civil construction also covers the design and build, from the planning process to the construction process. Building construction services oversee a number of sub-sectors covering the construction of apartments, condominiums, hotels, flats and housing complexes. Building construction services are also involved in the design and build, from the planning process to the construction process, and supported by the Company’s engineering sector.
