Peningkatan ini disebabkan oleh tingginya pertumbuhan pariwisata yang berdampak pada peningkatan kontribusi sektor hotel dari pasar sehingga meningkatkan minat pada sektor realti properti. Sementara, kontrak dihadapi pada segmen realti dan properti, di tahun 2023, tercatat sebesar Rp2.102 miliar, naik Rp246 miliar atau 13,25% dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp1.865 miliar. Kenaikan ini disebabkan oleh meningkatnya sektor perhotelan pariwisata pada tahun 2023. Meanwhile, orderbook in the realty and property segment, in 2023, was recorded at Rp2,102 billion, an increase of Rp246 billion or 13.25% compared to the previous year of Rp1,865 billion.
