Peningkatan tersebut disebabkan pertumbuhan pariwisata yang berdampak pada peningkatan kontribusi sektor hotel dari pasar sehingga meningkatkan minat pada sektor realti properti. Adapun rugi bersih segmen realti dan properti di tahun 2023, terealisasi sebesar Rp2.117,44 miliar, mengalami peningkatan Rp2.013,69 miliar atau 1.941,08% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp103,74 miliar. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh peningkatan beban keuangan. SEGMEN INVESTASI Penjelasan Segmen Segmen investasi yang dijalankan WIKA terdiri dari investasi di bidang energi, infrastruktur dan air, dimana sampai dengan tahun 2023, WIKA telah melakukan investasi pada jalan tol seperti jalan tol Manado-Bitung, jalan tol Balikpapan-Samarinda, jalan tol SerangPanimbang, jalan tol Semarang-Demak, Bandara Hang Nadim Batam, Kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung, dan SPAM Jatiluhur. Sales or revenue of realty and property segment in 2023 was realized at Rp1.469.61 billion, an increase of Rp1.178.39 billion or 404,65% compared to the previous year of Rp291.214 million. This increase was due to the growth of tourism, which had an impact on increasing the hotel sector’s contribution from the market, thereby increasing interest in the realty property sector.
