Penurunan ini disebabkan penurunan persediaan dan pekerjaan dalam proses Perseroan. Kas dan Setara Kas Per 31 Desember 2023, Perseroan membukukan kas dan setara kas sebesar Rp3.233,07 miliar, mengalami penurunan Rp2.436.62 miliar atau 42,98% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2022 yang sebesar Rp5.669,69 miliar. Penurunan ini disebabkan karena pelunasan beberapa fasilitas perbankan diawal tahun 2023 dan proses restrukturisasi Perseroan. Piutang Usaha Di tahun 2023, Perseroan membukukan piutang usaha sebesar Rp3.310,32 miliar, meningkat Rp481.92 miliar atau 17,03% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp2.828,40 miliar. Peningkatan ini disebabkan meningkatnya produksi progres pekerjaan di lapangan. Persediaan Per 31 Desember 2023, nilai persediaan Perseroan tercatat Rp11.411,41 miliar mengalami penurunan Rp601.08 miliar atau 5,67%, dari Rp12.012,50 miliar di tahun 2022. Penurunan ini disebabkan adanya percepatan penjualan aset properti Perseroan. This decrease was due to a decrease in inventories and work in the Company’s processes. Cash and Cash Equivalents As of December 31, 2023, the Company recorded cash and cash equivalents of Rp3,233.07 billion, a decrease of Rp2,436.62 billion or 42.98% compared to 2022 which amounted to Rp5,669.69 billion. This decrease was due to the repayment of several banking facilities at the beginning of 2023 and the Company’s restructuring process. Trade Receivables In 2023, the Company recorded trade receivables amounting to Rp3,310.32 billion, an increase of Rp481.92 billion or 17.03% compared to the previous year amounting to Rp2,828.40 billion. This increase was due to an increase of production of work progress in the field. Inventories As of December 31, 2023, the value of the Company’s inventories was recorded at Rp11,411.41 billion, a decrease of Rp601.08 billion or 5.67%, from Rp12,012.50 billion in 2022.
