Penurunan ini sejalan dengan strategi Perseroan untuk membatasi investasi-investasi baru. Investasi pada Entitas Asosiasi Di 2023, Perseroan mencatatkan jumlah investasi pada entitas asosiasi sebesar Rp1.854,70 miliar, mengalami penurunan Rp5,08 miliar atau 0,27% dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp1.859,78. Penurunan ini disebabkan karena Perseroan. nvestasi pada Ventura Bersama Per 31 Desember 2023, jumlah investasi pada ventura bersama mengalami peningkatan Rp385,72 miliar atau 3,31% dari tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp11.636,48 miliar, menjadi Rp12.022,21 miliar di tahun 2022. Peningkatan ini lebih disebabkan oleh meningkatnya proyek joint operation Perseroan. Investasi Jangka Panjang Lainnya Di tahun 2023, jumlah investasi jangka panjang lainnya tercatat sebesar Rp1.029,67 miliar, meningkat Rp19,13miliar atau 1,64% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2022 sebesar Rp1.010,54 miliar. Peningkatan ini disebabkan adanya salah satu investasi Perseroan untuk logistik proyek di Ibukota Nusantara. As of 31 December 2023, the Company recorded total non-current assets of Rp35,179.58 billion, a decrease of Rp255.23 billion or 0.72% compared to 2022 which amounted to Rp35,434.81 billion. This decrease is in line with the Company’s strategy to limit the new investments. Investment in Associates In 2023, the Company recorded total investment in associates of Rp1,854.70 billion, a decrease of Rp5.08 billion or 0.27% from the previous year of Rp1,859.78. This decrease was caused by the Company.. Investment in Joint Ventures As of 31 December 2023, the amount of investment in joint ventures increased by Rp385.72 billion or 3.31% from the previous year which amounted to Rp11,636.48 billion, become Rp12,022.21 billion in 2022. This increase was mainly due to the increase of the Company’s joint operation project. Other Long Term Investments In 2023, the amount of other long-term investments was recorded at Rp1,029.67 billion, an increase of Rp19.13 billion or 1.64% compared to 2022 of Rp1,010.54 billion. This increase was due to one of the Company’s investments in project logistics in the Nusantara Capital.
