Dari acuan-acuan tersebut kemudian ditetapkan Pedoman GCG WIKA, Kode Etika, serta kebijakan dan pedoman lainnya terkait penerapan GCG di WIKA. Penerapan Prinsip-Prinsip GCG di WIKA WIKA menerapkan prinsip-prinsip GCG yang diberlakukan oleh Kementerian BUMN melalui Peraturan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Republik Indonesia No. PER-2/ MBU/03/2023 tentang Pedoman Tata Kelola dan Kegiatan Korporasi Signifikan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015 tentang Pedoman Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan, dan Pedoman Umum Governansi Korporat Indonesia (PUGKI) yang dikembangkan oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governansi (KNKG) tahun 2021. Prinsip-prinsip GCG di WIKA terdiri dari 5 (lima) prinsip dasar, yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, fairness atau kewajaran, disingkat TARIF. GCG Implementation based on the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI); 9. General Guidelines for Indonesian Corporate Governance developed by the KNKG in 2021. From these references, WIKA GCG Guidelines, Code of Conduct, and other policies and guidelines related to the implementation of GCG in WIKA are determined. Implementation of GCG Principles in WIKA WIKA applies the GCG principles enforced by the Ministry of SOEs through the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. PER-2/ MBU/03/2023 concerning Guidelines for Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises and Circular Letter of Financial Services Authority No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Corporate Governance, and the Indonesian General Guidelines for Corporate Governance (PUGKI) developed by the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) in 2021. GCG principles in WIKA consist of 5 (five) basic principles, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness or reasonableness, abbreviated as TARIF.
