Secretary of Board of Commissioners The assessment is based on work program achievements, which is done by self-assessment, and also assessed by Board of Commissioners through discussions or meetings; b. Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan pencapaian program kerja dan penilaiannya dari Dewan Komisaris. Pencapaian program kerja dilakukan secara mandiri/ self assessment. Sedangkan penilaian Dewan Komisaris diberikan dalam diskusi atau rapat; b. Komite Audit Penilaian kinerja Komite Audit dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara rencana kerja dan realisasi yang dicapai. Kemudian, juga mempertimbangkan pencapaian tahun sebelumnya dengan maksimal angka 100; c. Komite Pemantau Risiko dan Komite Tata Kelola Terintegrasi baru dibentuk pada bulan Juli tahun 2023; d. Komite Nominasi, Remunerasi dan GCG Penilaian kinerja Komite Nominasi, Remunerasi dan GCG dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara rencana kerja dan realisasi yang dicapai.
