Melaksanakan tugas lain dari Dewan Komisaris. 2. Selain melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana dimaksud di atas, Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris selaku pimpinan Sekretariat Dewan Komisaris melakukan tugas lain berupa: a. Memastikan bahwa Dewan Komisaris mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan serta menerapkan prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik; b. Mengkoordinasikan anggota Komite, jika diperlukan dalam rangka memperlancar tugas Dewan Komisaris; c. Mengkoordinasikan anggota komite, jika diperlukan, dalam rangka memperlancar tugas Dewan Komisaris; dan d. Sebagai penghubung ( liaison officer) Dewan Komisaris dengan pihak lain. 3. Dalam rangka tertib administrasi dan pelaksanaan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris harus memastikan dokumen penyelenggaraan kegiatan tersimpan dengan baik di Perseroan. Pengembangan Kompetensi Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris Perseroan memberikan dukungan kepada Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris dalam upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kompetensi yang relevan dengan operasional bisnis Perseroan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris dalam mendukung fungsi pengawasan yang dijalankan oleh Dewan Komisaris. Carry out other duties from the Board of Commissioners. 2. Apart from carrying out the duties as referred to above, the Secretary of Board of Commissioners as the head of Secretariat of Board of Commissioners carries out other duties in the form of: a. Ensure that the Board of Commissioners complies with statutory regulations and applies the principles of good corporate governance; b. Provide information required by the Board of Commissioners periodically and/or at any time if requested; c. Coordinate committee members, if necessary, in order to facilitate the Board of Commissioners duties; And d. As a liaison officer for the Board of Commissioners with other parties. 3. For orderly administration and implementation of good corporate governance, the Board of Commissioners Secretariat is obliged to ensure that documents pertaining to the implementation of activities are stored properly in the Company. Secretary of Board of Commissioners Competency Development The Company supports the Secretary of Board of Commissioners to improve knowledge and competencies relevant to the Company’s business operations. This aims to strengthen the role of Secretary of Board of Commissioners in supporting the supervisory function carried out by Board of Commissioners.
