Laporan Pelaksanaan Tugas Tahun 2023 Sepanjang tahun 2023, Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris telah menjalankan perannya dalam mendukung dan membantu pelaksanaan tugas Dewan Komisaris. Dalam hal ini, Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris menjalankan 2 (dua) kegiatan utama, yakni Kegiatan Rutin dan Kegiatan Non Rutin. Adapun rincian dari kedua kegiatan tersebut dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut: 1. Kegiatan Rutin Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris meliputi: a. Kegiatan Rapat Dewan Komisaris: i) Penyiapan Risalah Rapat Internal Dewan Komisaris; ii) Penyiapan Risalah Rapat Dewan Komisaris yang Menyertakan Direksi; iii) Penyiapan Risalah Rapat Dewan Komisaris Khusus. b. Kegiatan Penyiapan dan Dukungan Kegiatan Dewan Komisaris dan Komite Dewan Komisaris: i) Penyiapan Bahan Rapat Dewan Komisaris dan Komite Dewan Komisaris; ii) Penyiapan Dukungan Kegiatan Perjalanan Dinas Dewan Komisaris dan Komite Dewan Komisaris; iii) Penyiapan Dukungan Kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Dewan Komisaris dan Komite Dewan Komisaris; iv) Penyiapan Konsep Dokumen Persuratan untuk Kebutuhan Dewan Komisaris dan/atau Organ Pendukung Dewan Komisaris; v) Administrasi Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar Dewan Komisaris; vi) dan lain-lain. 2. Kegiatan Penyiapan dan Dukungan Kegiatan Dewan Komisaris dan Komite Dewan Komisaris: a. Kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan serta kegiatan lainnya yang diberikan sesuai arahan dan kebutuhan Dewan Komisaris; b. Penyusunan Konsep Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) atas kegiatan yang dilakukan di lingkungan Dewan Komisaris dan Organ Pendukungnya. In this regard, the Secretary of Board of Commissioners carries out 2 (two) main activities, namely Routine Activities and Non-Routine Activities. The details of both activities can be described as follows: 1. Routine activities: a. Board of Commissioners Meeting Activities: i) Preparation of Minutes of Internal Meetings of Board of Commissioners; ii) Preparation of Minutes of Joint Meetings of Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors; iii) Preparation of Minutes of Special Meeting of Board of Commissioners. b. Preparation and Supporting Activities for Board of Commissioners and Board of Commissioners Committee’s Activities: i) Preparation of Board of Commissioners and Board of Commissioners Committee Meeting Materials; ii) Preparation of Support for Business Travel Activities for Board of Commissioners and Committees of Board of Commissioners; iii) Preparation of Support for Education and Training Activities for Board of Commissioners and Committees of Board of Commissioners; iv) Preparation of Draft Letter Documents for the Needs of Board of Commissioners and/or Supporting Organs of Board of Commissioners; v) Administration of Incoming and Outgoing Letters of Board of Commissioners; vi) and others. 2. Preparation and Supporting Activities for Board of Commissioners and Board of Commissioners’ Committees: a. Education and training activities and other activities according to the directions and needs of Board of Commissioners; b. Drafting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) concept for activities carried out within Board of Commissioners and its Supporting Bodies.
