Tim Investigasi yang disebut dengan Tim Pencari Fakta. Tim yang dibentuk atau direkomendasikan oleh Tim Kepatuhan yang disetujui oleh Direksi untuk mencari menyelidiki indikasi penyelewengan terhadap pelaksanaan kepatuhan Code of Conduct. Tim Pencari Fakta dapat dibentuk sesuai kewenangan Direksi dari ahli terkait dan independen di luar fungsi dan/atau organisasi. Tim Pencari Fakta bersifat Ad Hoc. Tugasnya secara keseluruhan adalah melakukan investigasi lebih lanjut terhadap substansi pelanggaran yang dilaporkan dengan tujuan untuk mencari dan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang diperlukan guna memastikan bahwa telah terjadi pelanggaran. 4. Majelis Kehormatan Pegawai, merupakan Pejabat dan atau Pegawai yang diberi wewenang untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap Pegawai yang dilaporkan/diduga melanggar peraturan/ Code of Conduct sesuai yang tercantum dalam prosedur. Majelis Kehormatan Pegawai dibentuk sesuai Surat Tugas No. ST 01.02/A.DIR.01617/2023 tanggal 8 November 2023 tentang Penugasan Ex Officio sebagai Tim Pengaduan Pelanggaran terhadap Code of Conduct (CoC) yang di antaranya bertugas untuk: a. Melakukan penegakan pelaksanaan serta pemeriksaan terhadap Pegawai yang dilaporkan/ diduga melanggar peraturan/Code of Conduct; b. Me-review laporan Tim Pencari Fakta/FKAP dan Rekomendasi Tindak Lanjut Pokok dari Tim Kepatuhan; c. Melakukan langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi terbaik atas laporan tersebut; d. Memberikan rekomendasi Keputusan kepada Manajemen Puncak (Direksi) berupa: i) Penjatuhan sanksi moral dan/atau hukuman disiplin terhadap Pegawai Terlapor; atau ii) Pemulihan nama baik Pegawai Terlapor. 5. Direksi, dengan tugas utama: Melakukan seleksi, konfirmasi (dari aspek kategori jenis pelanggaran, siapa yang melakukan dan kelengkapan dokumennya) dan verifikasi, serta memutuskan apakah laporan akan ditindaklanjuti atau diarsip untuk pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh karyawan. Selain itu, Direksi PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk juga memiliki wewenang dan tugas sebagaimana tercantum dalam Keputusan Bersama Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, No. SK.01.01/A.DIR.00006/2023 tanggal 31 Maret 2023; 3. The Investigation Team, known as the Fact Finding Team. A team formed or recommended by the Compliance Team approved by the Board of Directors to investigate indications of misuse of the implementation of Code of Conduct compliance. The Fact Finding Team can be formed according to the authority of Board of Directors from related and independent experts outside the function and/or organization. The Fact Finding Team is Ad Hoc in nature. His overall task is to carry out further investigations into the substance of the reported violations with the aim of finding and gathering the necessary evidence to ensure that a violation has occurred. 4. Employee Honorary Council, which is an official and/or employee who is authorized to conduct examinations of employees who are reported/allegedly violating the regulations/Code of Conduct as stated in the procedure. Employee Honorary Council was formed in accordance with Assignment Letter No. ST 01.02/A. DIR.01617/2023 dated November 8, 2023 concerning Assignment of Ex Officio as Team for Complaints of Code of Conduct (CoC) Violation, which among other things is tasked with: a. Carry out enforcement and inspection of employees who are reported/allegedly violating regulations/Code of Conduct; b. Reviewing the FKAP/FKAP report and the main follow-up recommendations from the Compliance Team; c. Take the necessary steps to produce the best recommendations for the report; d. Provide decision recommendations to Top Management (Board of Directors) in the form of: i) Imposition of moral sanction and/or disciplinary punishment on the Reported Employee; or ii) Restoration of good name of the Reported Employee. 5. Board of Directors has the main duties of selecting, confirming (in terms of violation category, who conducted the violation, and complete documentation) and verifying, and deciding whether the report will be followed up, and archiving for violations committed by employees. In addition, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk’s Board of Directors has the authorities and duties as stated in PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors Joint Decree No. SK.01.01/A.DIR.00006/2023 dated March 31, 2023;
