Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., penting untuk mendefinisikan tugas, tanggung jawab, dan kewenangan dari masing-masing organ yang terlibat. Berikut adalah rincian untuk organ Regulator, Implementator, Eksekutor, dan evaluator. Regulator memiliki tugas, tanggung jawab, dan kewenangan sebagai berikut: 1. Mengembangkan kebijakan dan standar ESG untuk Perseroan. 2. Menetapkan target dan indikator kinerja utama (KPI) ESG. 3. SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE COMPANY WIKA SER program is managed by a special unit, namely SER Unit, which is structurally under Corporate Relations Department. In general, the authority and responsibility of SER Unit are to manage and coordinate all of the Company’s SER activities. All activities related to the implementation of SER program are under the supervision of Corporate Secretariat. The Corporate Secretariat also receives complaints or reports related to the Company’s SER activities, through reporting media such as email at csr@wikamail.id To ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) implementation at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., it is important to define the tasks, responsibilities, and authorities of each involved organ. Develop ESG policies and standards for the Company. 2. Set ESG targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 3.
