By collaborating with McKinsey & Company as a partner consultant, the transformation process is described through the "House of Transformation" by strengthening 4 (four) enablers and 3 (three) pillars to achieve 3 main goals, namely cash focused, lean and fit for future. The transformation program plan is outlined in a “Roadmap” for the purpose of improving the Company’s health, governance and increasing its competitiveness in the next 5 (five) years.
