Management believes that the insurance coverage is adequate to cover possible losses on the fixed assets insured. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dan 2023, jumlah tercatat aset tetap yang dihentikan dari penggunaan aktif sebesar masing-masing Rp19.888.909 Rp31.105.162, dicatat sebagai aset lain-lain (Catatan 25). As of December 31, 2024 and 2023 the carrying amount of fixed assets discontinued from active use amounted to Rp19,888,909 and Rp31,105,162, respectively, are recorded as other assets (Note 25). Berdasarkan penelaahan manajemen pada akhir tahun, tidak diperlukan penyisihan penurunan nilai atas aset tetap milik Grup. Based on management's evaluation at the end of the year, there is no provision for impairment on fixed assets of the Group. Aset tetap dalam pembangunan atas bangunan, peralatan proyek dan pabrik, dan prasarana merupakan pembangunan pabrik baru milik Perusahaan, WIKA Realty, WIKA Beton, WIKA IKON, dan WIKA Bitumen dengan rincian sebagai berikut: Fixed assets under construction of buildings, project and plant equipment, and infrastructure pertains to the construction of new factory of the Company, WIKA Realty, WIKA Beton, WIKA IKON and WIKA Bitumen with details as follows: 2024 2023 Rp Rp Hak atas Tanah 29,835,804 33,107,431 Landrights Peralatan Pabrik dan Proyek 16,821,339 26,880,015 Project and Plant Equipment Lahan Tambang -- 8,435,245 Mining Bangunan -- 64,336,706 Buildings Total 46,657,143 132,759,397 Total Persentase penyelesaian aset tetap dalam pembangunan Perusahaan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dengan progres sebesar 95%, adalah bangunan yang diestimasikan akan selesai pada 3 bulan. Tidak terdapat hambatan dalam penyelesaian pembangunan aset tetap tersebut. Percentage completion of the Company’s fixed assets under construction as of December 31, 2024 with progress 95% are buildings that were estimated to be completed within 3 months. There are no obstacles in completing the construction of the fixed assets. Persentase penyelesaian aset tetap dalam pembangunan WIKA Beton pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 antara lain perlengkapan kantor 97%, tanah 84%, tambang 26%, bangunan 92%, dan peralatan 68%, yang diestimasikan akan selesai pada 12 (dua belas) bulan. Tidak terdapat hambatan dalam penyelesaian pembangunan aset tetap tersebut. The percentage of completion of fixed assets under construction WIKA Beton as of December 31, 2024 includes office equipment 97%, land 84%, mine 26%, building 92% and plant equipment 68%, which is estimated to be completed in 12 (twelve) months. There were no obstacles in completing the construction of these fixed assets. Persentase penyelesaian aset tetap dalam pembangunan WIKA IKON pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dengan progres sebesar, antara lain bangunan 98,9%. Tidak terdapat hambatan dalam penyelesaian pembangunan aset tetap tersebut. Percentage completion of WIKA IKON’s fixed assets under construction as of December 31, 2024 consists of building 98.9%. There are no obstacles in completing the construction of the fixed assets. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dan 2023, Grup memiliki aset tetap yang telah disusutkan penuh dan masih digunakan dengan harga perolehan masingmasing sebesar Rp367.395.888. As of December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Group has property, plant and equipment with acquisition cost that had been fully depreciated and still in use amounting to Rp367,395,888, respectively.
