Program Strategis Human Capital diturunkan ke dalam sebuah sistem yang disebut HCIS (Human Capital Information System) dengan 6 (enam) fokus utama yaitu Manajemen Talenta & Karis, Manajemen Performa, Pembelajaran & Pengembangan, Rekrutmen & Penempatan, Pengembangan Organisasi, serta Pengharkatan. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Secara komprehensif, WIKA melakukan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dimulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan karyawan hingga pelaksanaan program pensiun. Dalam hal ini, Manajemen SDM berperan untuk memastikan kesiapan, kesediaan, dan kemampuan organisasi untuk mengakomodasi perubahan yang dibutuhkan dan mengantisipasi kesiapan internal dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang ada. Manpower Planning Manpower Planning merupakan serangkaian kegiatan dalam pembuatan perencanaan Human Capital. Kegiatan tersebut dimulai dari identifikasi, merencanakan, dan melakukan evaluasi pemenuhan kebutuhan Human Capital yang kemudian ditetapkan sesuai dengan perkembangan bisnis dan dilakukan monitoring/review secara berkala terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan Perseroan. Manpower Planning dilakukan dengan merencanakan dan melakukan evaluasi perencanaan kebutuhan Human Capital untuk kemudian ditetapkan sesuai dengan perkembangan bisnis dan kebutuhan Organisasi yang berlaku di Perseroan. Setelah itu, dilakukan juga monitoring/review secara berkala terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan Perseroan. 2022 Strategic Programs WIKA’s Human Capital Strategic Program for 2022 started with the Company’s Long Term Plan that has been prepared and translated into the RKAP, Business Strategy and Human Capital Strategy by taking into account external and external factors. Manpower Planning Manpower Planning is a series of activities in the human capital planning. The series of activities starts from identifying, evaluating, to developing plans to fulfill the Human Capital needs, which are then determined in accordance with business developments and the fulfillment of Company’s needs is regularly monitored/reviewed. Manpower Planning is carried out by planning and evaluating the Human Capital needs, which are then determined in accordance with business developments and organizational needs that apply in the Company. Subsequently, regular monitoring/reviewing is also carried out on the fulfillment of the Company’s needs.
