Selain itu, Human Capital Division juga telah memadukan sistem pengelolaan Human Capital dengan strategi yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan akselerasi kinerja Perseroan. Organisasi Human Capital Division tahun 2023 tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Direksi No. SK.01.01/ A.DIR.01395/2023 tanggal 27 September 2023 tentang Surat Keputusan Susunan Organisasi Human Capital Division PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk. Adapun Struktur Organisasi yang dimaksud adalah sebagai berikut: HUMAN CAPITAL DIVISION WIKA’s Human Capital Division is in charge of the entire process of the Company’s human capital management and development. Apart from that, WIKA’s Human Capital Division is also responsible from the planning process to evaluating each ongoing work program. The Human Capital Division has also integrated the Human Capital management system with strategies to increase the competitiveness and accelerate the performance of the Company. The organization of Human Capital Division in 2023 is stated in the Board of Directors’ Decree No. SK.01.01/A.
