Peningkatan tersebut disebabkan oleh peningkatan penyelesaian sebagian proyek lama Perseroan di segmen infrastruktur dan gedung pada tahun 2023 serta banyak di didapatkan proyek-proyek PSN dan IKN. Meanwhile, the orderbook in infrastructure and buildings segment in 2023, amounted to Rp49,632 billion, experiencing a decrease of Rp5,551 billion or 10,06% from the previous year of Rp55,183 billion. This decrease was attributed to the Company’s strategy to improve its orderbook portfolio by maximizing projects with monthly payment scheme. Apart from that, the decrease was due to the completion of some ongoing projects in the infrastructure segment and buildings in 2023. Segment Revenue and Profitability In 2023, the infrastructure and building segment recorded sales or revenue of Rp12,780.69 billion, an increase of Rp680.93 billion or 5.63% compared to 2022 which amounted to Rp12,099.77 billion. This increase was caused by iincreased completion of some of the Company’s old projects in the infrastructure and building segment in 2023 and a number of PSN and IKN projects obtained.
