Keberlanjutan Sustainability Keterbukaan Transparency Perilaku Beretika Ethical Behavior Akuntabilitas Accountability Pilar Governansi Korporat Indonesia Pillars of Indonesian Corporate Governance WIKA berupaya mengimplementasikan keempat pilar tersebut dengan harapan dapat terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan terkini terkait governansi korporat, termasuk tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan berdasarkan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan, keberagaman dewan, digitalisasi dan investor stewardship/engagement, disamping terus memperkuat landasan dalam menangani benturan kepentingan untuk isu utama governansi korporat di Indonesia, seperti penanganan benturan kepentingan, kebijakan anti korupsi, dan Pedoman Kode Etik Bisnis, evaluasi kinerja, independensi serta remunerasi Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris. Monitoring Penerapan GCG Penanggung Jawab Penerapan GCG Untuk memastikan bahwa prinsip-prinsip GCG dijalankan dengan integritas dan efisien serta telah memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku, Perseroan memiliki unit kerja yang bertanggungjawab terkait penerapan GCG di lingkup WIKA yaitu di unit kerja tingkat Divisi Korporasi yakni Corporate Secretariat. Corporate Secretariat dipimpin oleh Corporate Secretary yang diangkat oleh Direksi dan bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Direktur Utama. Penunjukan Corporate Secretary tersebut The principles in PUGKI along with the recommendations and guidelines are imbued with 4 (four) pillars of corporate governance, namely ethical behavior, accountability, transparency, and sustainability. The implementation of these four pillars of Indonesian corporate governance is expected to encourage the creation of corporate value in the long term. WIKA strives to implement the four pillars in the hope of continuously being able to adapt to the latest developments related to corporate governance, including social and environmental responsibility based on sustainable development principles, board diversity, digitalization and investor stewardship/engagement, in addition to continuing to strengthen the foundation in handling conflicts of interest for the main issues of corporate governance in Indonesia, such as handling conflicts of interest, anti-corruption policies, and Code of Conduct, performance evaluation, independence and remuneration of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. GCG Implementation Monitoring Unit in Charge of GCG Implementation To ensure that GCG principles are carried out with integrity and efficiency and have fulfilled applicable regulations, the Company has a work unit that is responsible for the implementation of GCG within WIKA at the Corporate Division level work unit, namely the Corporate Secretariat. Corporate Secretariat is led by the Corporate Secretary who is appointed by the Board of Directors and is directly responsible to the President Director.
