Tim Pengaduan Pelanggaran bertanggung jawab kepada Direktur Utama. Adapun Tim Pengaduan Pelanggaran sebagai berikut: 1. Tim Kepatuhan Tim Kepatuhan adalah Tim yang dibentuk oleh Perseroan yang bertanggung jawab untuk menerima dan menindaklanjuti laporan tentang pelanggaran dan atau penyimpangan terhadap Code of Conduct, dan menyampaikan kepada Tim Pencari Fakta. Tim Pencari Fakta Tim yang dibentuk atau direkomendasikan oleh Tim Kepatuhan yang disetujui oleh Direksi untuk mencari menyelidiki indikasi penyelewengan terhadap pelaksanaan kepatuhan Code of Conduct. Tim Pencari Fakta dapat dibentuk sesuai kewenangan Direksi dari ahli terkait dan independen di luar fungsi dan/atau organisasi. Tim Pencari Fakta bersifat Ad Hoc. 3. Majelis Kehormatan Pegawai Majelis Kehormatan Pegawai adalah Pejabat dan atau Pegawai yang diberi wewenang untuk melakukan penegakan pelaksanaan serta pemeriksaan terhadap Pegawai yang dilaporkan/diduga melanggar peraturan/Code of Conduct. The Violation Complaint Team is responsible to the President Director. The Violation Complaint Team consists of: 1. Compliance Team The Compliance Team is a team formed by the Company and responsible for receiving and following up on reports regarding violations and/or deviations from the Code of Conduct, and submitting them to the Fact Finding Team. 2. Fact Finding Team A team formed or recommended by the Compliance Team approved by the Board of Directors to investigate indications of irregularities in the implementation of Code of Conduct compliance. A Fact Finding Team can be formed according to the Board of Directors’ authority from related and independent experts outside the function and/or organization. The Fact Finding Team is Ad Hoc. 3. Employee Honorary Council The Employee Honorary Council is an official and/ or employee who is given the authority to enforce implementation and examine employees who are reported/suspected of violating regulations/Code of Conduct.
