Dalam hal ini, Perseroan memiliki fungsi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang berada di bawah organ Corporate Secretariat dan bertanggung jawab terhadap implementasi dan sosialisasi, koordinasi, serta evaluasi atas pelaksanaan kepatuhan terhadap Kode Etik Perseroan. Perseroan melaksanakan sosialisasi melalui pelatihan dan dan sharing internal maupun melalui online kepada pegawai induk dan Anak Perusahaan. Setiap tahunnya, seluruh pegawai Perseroan diwajibkan menandatangani pernyataan komitmen penerapan kode etik sesuai dengan Code of Conduct yang dilakukan secara online. Penegakan terhadap pelaksanaan Kode Etik diatur di dalam Instruksi Kerja (IK) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Whistle Blowing System No. WIKA-GCG-IK-02.01 Rev. 00 Amd 05 tanggal 10 Januari 2023 yang kemudian dilakukan revisi tertanggal 22 Desember 2023 dengan nomor dokumen WIKA-GCG-IK-02.01 Rev. 01. Dugaan Pengaduan Pelanggaran juga dapat dilakukan melalui website wbs.wika.co.id atau e-mail ke timkepatuhangcg@wika.co.id. PERNYATAAN KODE ETIK BERLAKU BAGI ANGGOTA DIREKSI, ANGGOTA DEWAN KOMISARIS, DAN KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN Pedoman dan Kode Etik berlaku bagi segenap insan Perseroan yaitu Dewan Komisaris, Direksi, dan seluruh Karyawan. Seluruh insan Perseroan mempunyai kesadaran untuk menjalankan etika yang baik akan meningkatkan dan memperkuat reputasi Perseroan. Kesadaran untuk menjalankan etika yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan memperkuat reputasi Perseroan. Pernyataan komitmen terhadap penerapan kode etik di seluruh tingkatan organisasi tertuang dalam bentuk tanda tangan setiap karyawan WIKA pada Lembar Pernyataan Kepatuhan Standar Etika Perseroan dan Code of Corporate Governance. Hal ini menegaskan keterlibatan dan komitmen semua individu di dalam Perseroan untuk mematuhi standar etika yang telah ditetapkan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang integritas, dan menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip GCG. FORMS OF SOCIALIZATION AND ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS In order to enforce the Code of Conduct, the Company always conducts socialization, implementation, and evaluation related to the Code of Conduct in accordance with the Decree of Code of Conduct Amendment No. SK.02.09/A.DIR.01288/2023 dated October 4, 2023 whose implementation commitment has been signed by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. In this case, The Company’s Good Corporate Governance (GCG) function is under the Corporate Secretariat and is responsible for implementing, socializing, coordinating and evaluating the compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Company disseminates to the parent and subsidiaries’ employees directly through training and internal sharing, as well as online. Every year, all Company employees are required to sign an online statement of commitment to the Code of Conducts in accordance with the Code of Conduct. Enforcement efforts towards the implementation of Code of Conduct are regulated in the Work Instruction (IK) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Whistle Blowing System No. WIKA-GCG-IK-02.01 Rev. 00 Amd 05 dated January 10, 2023 which was then revised dated December 22, 2023 with document number WIKA-GCG-IK-02.01 Rev. 01. STATEMENT OF CODE OF CONDUCT APPLIES TO MEMBERS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS, MEMBERS OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, AND COMPANY EMPLOYEES The Code of Conduct applies to all Company personnel, meaning the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and all employees. All of the Company’s personnel have the awareness that practicing good ethics will improve and strengthen the Company’s reputation. The awareness to practice good ethics is expected to improve and strengthen the Company’s reputation. A statement of commitment to applying the code of conduct at all organizational levels is contained in the form of a signature of each WIKA employee on the Company’s Ethics Standards Compliance Statement and Code of Corporate Governance. This confirms the involvement and commitment of all individuals within the Company to comply with established ethical standards, create a work environment of integrity, and uphold the GCG principles.
