Berikut adalah pelanggaran terhadap Kode Etik: 1. Sanksi bagi Pegawai yang melakukan pelanggaran diputuskan oleh Atasan Langsung atau Direksi sesuai dengan tingkat kesalahannya setelah mendapat laporan atas pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Pegawai yang bersangkutan; 2. Direksi memberikan arahan atas tindakan pembinaan, sanksi disiplin dan/atau tindakan lainnya serta pencegahan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh Atasan Langsung di lingkungan masing-masing; 3. Sanksi bagi Direksi yang melakukan pelanggaran diputuskan oleh Dewan Komisaris; 4. Sanksi bagi Dewan Komisaris yang melakukan pelanggaran diputuskan oleh Pemegang Saham; 5. Bila Mitra Kerja atau Stakeholders yang melakukan pelanggaran, maka akan dikenakan ketentuan sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam kontrak. Apabila terkait dengan tindak pidana dapat diteruskan kepada pihak yang berwajib. SANCTIONS FOR CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATION Every WIKA Personnel who is proven to have committed a violation will be given sanctions in accordance with the applicable policies and laws and regulations. The following are violations of the Code of Conduct: 1. Sanctions for employees who commit violations are decided by their immediate supervisor or Board of Directors according to the violations level after receiving a report on the violation committed by the employee concerned; 2. Board of Directors provides direction on coaching actions, disciplinary sanctions and/or other actions as well as prevention that must be carried out by the Direct Superiors in their respective environments; 3. Sanctions for Board of Directors who commit violations are decided by Board of Commissioners; 4. Sanctions for Board of Commissioners who commit violations are decided by Shareholders; 5. If Partners or Stakeholders commit a violation, the provisions as stated in the contract will be imposed. If it is related to a criminal act, can be forwarded to the authorities.
