Perjanjian Kerja sama dengan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) tentang Whistleblowing System Terintegrasi yang terdiri dari: a. Pembuatan Kanal Pengaduan Online Whistleblowing System (WBS): wbs.wika.co.id; b. Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pembangunan WBS Terintegrasi oleh KPK. PELATIHAN/SOSIALISASI ANTIKORUPSI KEPADA KARYAWAN Corporate Secretary, yang memegang peran penting dalam implementasi GCG, telah aktif melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai gratifikasi. Sosialisasi ini mencakup informasi terkait praktik gratifikasi, baik yang bersifat rutin maupun insidentil, yang ditujukan kepada seluruh Insan WIKA. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan sepanjang tahun 2023, meliputi: 1. Sosialisasi GCG, WBS dan CoC di Direktorat Operasional 1; 2. Sosialisasi GCG, WBS dan CoC di Direktorat Operasional 2; 3. Sosialisasi GCG, WBS dan CoC di Direktorat Operasional 3; 4. Sosialisasi Prosedur Tata Kelola Perusahaan; 5. Sosialisasi GCG, WBS dan CoC di Divisi Fungsional; 6. Sosialisasi GCG Internal Sekper; 7. Sosialisasi GCG, WBS di WIKA Industri Energi. Sebagai upaya dalam memberantas segala tindakan korupsi, Perseroan secara aktif menyosialisasikan kebijakan tersebut kepada seluruh Insan WIKA untuk meningkatkan pemahaman insan WIKA terkait Suap dan Gratifikasi mewujudkan lingkungan yang bebas dari korupsi. Beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan sepanjang tahun 2023 antara lain: 1. Sosialisasi Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan (SMAP) di Rapat Direksi yang menyertakan SVP dan Direksi AP; 2. Sosialisasi Pengendalian Gratifikasi di Direktorat Operasi 1; 3. Sosialisasi Pengendalian Gratifikasi di Direktorat Operasi 2; 4. Sosialisasi Pengendalian Gratifikasi di Direktorat Operasi 3; 5. Sosialisasi Pengendalian Gratifikasi di Divisi Fungsional; 6. Sosialisasi Prosedur Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Anti Penyuapan dan Manajemen Pengamanan; 7. Sosialisasi Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan di WINNER; 8. Sosialisasi SMAP ke Divisi Ruang Lingkup ; 9. Pelatihan SMAP oleh Sucofindo. 9. Cooperation Agreement with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on an integrated Whistleblowing System consisting of : a. Creating an Online Whistleblowing System (WBS) Complaint Channel: wbs.wika.co.id; b. Monitoring and evaluation of Integrated WBS development by KPK. ANTI-CORRUPTION TRAINING/ SOCIALIZATION TO EMPLOYEES Corporate Secretary, which plays an important role in GCG implementation, has actively carried out socialization activities regarding gratuities. This socialization includes information related to gratuity practices, both routine and incidental, which is addressed to all WIKA personnel. The activities carried out throughout 2023, include: 1. Socialization of GCG, WBS and CoC at Directorate of Operations 1; 2. Socialization of GCG, WBS and CoC at Directorate of Operations 2; 3. Socialization of GCG, WBS and CoC at Directorate of Operations 3; 4. Socialization of Corporate Governance Procedures; 5. Socialization of GCG, WBS and CoC in the Functional Division; 6. Socialization of GCG Internal Corporate Secretary; 7. Socialization of GCG, WBS at WIKA Industri Energi. As an effort to eradicate all acts of corruption, the Company actively socializes the policy to all WIKA personnel to increase the understanding of WIKA personnel regarding Bribery and Gratuities to create an environment free from corruption. Some activities carried out throughout 2023 include: 1. Socialization of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) at the Board of Directors Meeting that included SVPs and AP Directors; 2. Socialization of Gratification Control at Directorate of Operations 1; 3. Socialization of Gratification Control at Directorate of Operations 2; 4. Socialization of Gratification Control at Directorate of Operations 3; 5. Socialization of Gratification Control in the Functional Division; 6. Socialization of Quality Management System Procedures, Anti-Bribery and Security Management; 7. Socialization of Anti-Bribery Management System at WINNER; 8. Socialization of SMAP to Scope Division; 9. SMAP training by Sucofindo.
