Fokus Direksi pada strategi yang telah disusun dan implementasinya menghasilkan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap visi dan misi Perseroan. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, Direksi telah menunjukkan dedikasi yang baik dengan memperhatikan kepentingan Perseroan, dan menjaga keseimbangan antara berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan dengan aktivitas Perseroan. Proses pelaksanaan penilaian Dewan Komisaris terhadap kinerja Direksi dilakukan berdasarkan atas pencapaian kinerja Perseroan, yang juga mengacu pada pencapaian Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Direksi, baik secara individu maupun kolegial yang dinilai oleh Pemegang saham melalui mekanisme Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS). Dewan Komisaris menilai Direksi telah menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan sangat baik selama tahun 2023. Hal ini terefleksi antara lain dari hasil penilaian kinerja Direksi yang secara keseluruhan dapat sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perseroan (RKAP) dan ukuran lain yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga total mencapai 97,90% pada tahun 2023. Penilaian positif terhadap kinerja Direksi ini tentunya menjadi catatan tersendiri, ditengah kondisi Perseroan yang sedang mengalami turbulance atau gejolak. Dewan Komisaris menilai bahwa Direksi telah menunjukkan komitmennya dalam memajukan kepentingan Perseroan serta telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sesuai fungsi dan perannya masing-masing. Terkait dengan program kerja lainnya, Perseroan secara terusmenerus melakukan pengkajian, penyesuaian dan penyempurnaan organisasi agar tetap efektif, efisien, dan berdaya saing. Pengawasan terhadap Implementasi Strategi yang dijalankan Direksi Dewan Komisaris sebagai representasi Pemegang Saham memandang bahwa Direksi telah berupaya untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Perseroan. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan Perseroan dalam mengimplementasikan strategi transformasi melalui inisiasi 8 (delapan) stream penyehatan keuangan. Dimana Perseroan telah meminta penundaan pembayaran kewajiban pokok dan bunga kepada kreditur perbankan. Proses restrukturisasi pinjaman tersebut diharapkan selesai paling lambat di kuartal I (satu) tahun 2024.
