Saat ini WIKA telah menerapkan Whistleblowing system yang telah disosialisasikan dan dapat digunakan oleh anak Perusahaan yang belum memiliki kanal WBS sendiri. Whistleblowing system sendiri dijalankan oleh SPI WIKA dimana dalam hal pengawasan counterpart-nya adalah Komite Audit, dan Komite Audit secara rutin melakukan review dan pembahasan bersama SPI termasuk pembahasan yang meliputi reviu atas Whistleblowing system yang selama ini telah berjalan. Dewan Komisaris memiliki peran dalam mekanisme WBS Perseroan yakni melakukan pengawasan secara umum terhadap Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan, melalui tinjauan berkala terhadap hasil tinjauan FKAP dan tinjauan manajemen yang dilakukan Manajemen Puncak sebagaimana tercantum dalam Keputusan Bersama Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, No. SK.01.01/A. DIR.01726/2020 tanggal 28 September 2020. Pandangan Dewan Komisaris Terhadap Penerapan Prinsip ESG Sebagai bagian dari transformasi strategis, WIKA telah menetapkan visi untuk menjadi perusahaan yang berorientasi pada prinsip Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Visi ini diimplementasikan di seluruh lini bisnis WIKA Grup, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1. Lingkungan: Integrasi strategi dekarbonisasi dan efisiensi energi dalam operasional proyek. 2. Sosial: Pelaksanaan program tanggung jawab sosial (TJSL) untuk mendukung pemberdayaan komunitas, pengembangan usaha kecil dan Human Rights dalam lingkungan kerja. 3. Tata Kelola: Penerapan kebijakan anti-penyuapan, transparansi dalam pengadaan, serta pengelolaan anak perusahaan yang berbasis prinsip tata kelola yang baik. Dewan Komisaris menilai bahwa penerapan ESG di WIKA pada tahun 2024 sangat baik, hal ini dapat terlihat dari beberapa hal berikut: 1. Program Strategis KBUMN 2024: WIKA berkontribusi pada 6 program prioritas pemerintah untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, meliputi ketahanan pangan, perumahan rakyat, penguatan UMKM, hilirisasi mineral, ketahanan energi, dan pertahanan. 2. Inisiatif Lingkungan: Implementasi Net-Zero Growth Housing untuk mengurangi jejak karbon sektor properti, serta peningkatan penggunaan kendaraan listrik ( electric vehicle) pada operasional proyek dan dinas perusahaan. 3. Integrasi ESG: Penerapan prinsip ESG di tingkat divisi, proyek, dan anak perusahaan melalui program terukur sesuai target keberlanjutan. 4. Standar Internasional: Pelaksanaan ESG mengacu pada kerangka kerja lembaga global seperti S&P Global, Sustainalytics, IFRS Sustainability, dan Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Views on the Implementation and Management of the Company's Whistleblowing System (WBS) and the Role of Board of Commissioners WIKA already has procedures for Gratification Control and Whistleblower. Currently, WIKA has implemented a Whistleblowing System that has been socialized and can be used by subsidiaries that do not yet have their own WBS channel. The Whistleblowing System itself is run by WIKA's SPI, where Audit Committee is the counterpart in terms of supervision, and Audit Committee routinely conducts reviews and discussions with SPI, including discussions that include reviews of the Whistleblowing System that has been running so far. Board of Commissioners has a role in the Company's WBS mechanism, which is to carry out general supervision of the Anti-Bribery Management System, through periodic reviews of the results of FKAP reviews and management reviews carried out by Top Management as stated in the Joint Decree of Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, No. SK.01.01/A. DIR.01726/2020 dated September 28, 2020. Board of Commissioners' View on the Implementation of ESG Principles As part of its strategic transformation, WIKA has established a vision to become a company that is oriented toward Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This vision is implemented across the entire lines of business of WIKA Group, with the following steps: 1. Environment: Integration of decarbonization strategies and energy efficiency in project operations. 2. Social: Implementation of social responsibility programs (CSR) to support community empowerment, the development of small businesses, and human rights in the workplace. 3. Governance: Implementation of anti-bribery policies, transparency in procurement, and management of subsidiaries based on good governance principles. Board of Commissioners assesses that the implementation of ESG at WIKA in 2024 is very good, which can be seen from the following aspects: 1. 2024 Ministry of SOE Strategic Program: WIKA contributed to 6 priority government programs for national economic growth, including food security, affordable housing, strengthening SMEs, mineral downstreaming, energy security, and defense. 2. Environmental Initiatives: Implementation of Net-Zero Growth Housing to reduce the carbon footprint of the property sector, as well as increased use of electric vehicles in project operations and company service. 3. ESG Integration: Implementation of ESG principles at the division, project, and subsidiary levels through measurable programs according to sustainability targets. 4. International Standards: The implementation of ESG refers to the frameworks of global institutions such as S&P Global, Sustainalytics, IFRS Sustainability, and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
