WIKA menyelaraskan tiga program utama, yaitu: 1. Perumahan Rakyat • Peluang: Target pemerintah membangun 3 juta rumah bersubsidi hingga 2025 dan permintaan hunian inklusif. • Tantangan: Persaingan ketat ( Red Ocean Market) dan tuntutan emisi rendah/net zero. • Strategi: - Pengembangan Modular Net Zero Growth Housing dengan teknologi Smart Housing. - Sinergi internal WIKA Grup (akses jalan, kawasan, solar panel) untuk perumahan bersubsidi. 2. Hilirisasi Mineral • Peluang: Permintaan proyek ramah lingkungan dan dukungan dekarbonisasi nasional. • Tantangan: Kompleksitas proyek, investasi besar, dan standar lingkungan ketat. • Strategi: - Integrasi prinsip ESG dalam proyek hilirisasi. - Kolaborasi dengan mitra strategis dan teknologi berkelanjutan. 3. Ketahanan & Transisi Energi • Peluang: Akses pembiayaan berkelanjutan dan regulasi pro-transisi energi. • Tantangan: Kompleksitas proyek EBT dan resistensi pasar. • Strategi: - Pengembangan proyek energi terbarukan (solar panel, CCUS) dan peningkatan SDM di bidang EPCC. - Optimalisasi pengalaman WIKA dalam proyek infrastruktur energi (contoh: PLTU Cilacap, PLTGU Grati). WIKA berkomitmen mendukung kebijakan KBUMN melalui inovasi, kolaborasi, dan penerapan prinsip berkelanjutan dalam setiap proyek. BUSINESS PROSPECTS FOR 2025 In line with the challenges faced, the global and national economies are not expected to experience significant growth in 2025. The Fed's policy to lower interest rates is believed to be a stimulus for global economic growth. The IMF projected that the global economy would grow steadily at a level of 3.2%, while the Indonesian government targeted economic growth of 5.2%. WIKA is very optimistic about 2025. However, government policies through the Asta Cita program require WIKA to adjust the focus of its business development in 2025. In addition, WIKA will align its strategy in 2025 with the strategic program of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (KBUMN) which focuses on supporting economic growth. WIKA aligns three main programs, namely: 1. Public Housing • Opportunities: The government's target of building 3 million subsidized houses by 2025 and the demand for inclusive housing. • Challenges: Tough competition (Red Ocean Market) and demands for low emissions/net zero. • Strategy: - Development of Modular Net Zero Growth Housing with Smart Housing technology. - WIKA Group internal synergy (road access, area, solar panels) for subsidized housing. 2. Mineral Downstreaming • Opportunities: Demand for environmentally friendly projects and support for national decarbonization. • Challenges: Project complexity, large investments, and strict environmental standards. • Strategy: - Integration of ESG principles in downstream projects. - Collaboration with strategic partners and sustainable technology. 3. Energy Resilience & Transition • Opportunities: Access to sustainable financing and proenergy transition regulations. • Challenges: The complexity of EBT projects and market resistance. • Strategy: - Development of renewable energy projects (solar panels, CCUS) and human capital development in the EPCC field. - Optimization of WIKA's experience in energy infrastructure projects (e.g. Cilacap Coal Fired Power Plant, Grati Combined Cycle Power Plant). WIKA is committed to supporting the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) policy through innovation, collaboration, and the application of sustainable principles in every project.
