Kolaborasi erat antara semua pihak terlibat memungkinkan pertukaran ide dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan atau konflik selama pelaksanaan proyek. Dengan menerapkan Model Kolaborasi Inovasi Terintegrasi, perusahaan konstruksi dapat mencapai hasil yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan dan memenuhi tuntutan pasar yang semakin kompleks dan berubah dengan cepat. Model kolaborasi inovasi yang terintegrasi dengan model bisnis dan pertumbuhan akan mengoptimalkan pembentukan ekosistem bisnis berkelanjutan sesuai dengan tren pasar di Indonesia ( Green Energi & net zero emission). Menjadikan ekosistem bisnis lebih terintegrasi dan terkoneksi antar stakeholder melalui perubahan pada seluruh model bisnis, operasi, pelayanan hingga pola kerja yang didasari oleh digital collaboration. 1.4 Organisasi Lean Organisasi Lean memiliki sasaran strategis berupa pembentukan struktur organisasi yang responsif dan agile. Terdapat 3 inisiatif strategis untuk mencapai sasaran strategis tersebut seperti pada Tabel 4. Terdapat 1 stream penyehatan WIKA yang relevan berada pada pilar ini, yaitu penurunan operating expense. Strategi organisasi lean dalam perusahaan konstruksi melibatkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip lean manufacturing kedalam proses konstruksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi pemborosan, dan meningkatkan nilai bagi pelanggan. Ini mencakup pemfokusan pada eliminasi pemborosan seperti kelebihan persediaan bahan, waktu tunggu, atau gerakan yang tidak perlu, dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan aliran kerja dan memaksimalkan nilai tambah. Perusahaan konstruksi yang menganut filosofi lean juga mempromosikan kolaborasi yang erat antara tim proyek, mendorong komunikasi yang terbuka dan transparan, serta mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan dalam teknologi dan metode konstruksi. Dengan demikian, organisasi lean membantu perusahaan konstruksi meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi biaya, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui penyediaan proyek yang lebih efisien, terkendali, dan tepat waktu. This involves the use of digital technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to plan and manage projects more efficiently, as well as the application of innovative construction methods such as modular construction or green building practices to enhance sustainability and quality of final output. The close collaboration between all involved parties allows for better exchange of ideas and knowledge, accelerates decision-making, and reduces the likelihood of errors or conflicts during project execution. By applying the Integrated Innovation Collaboration Model, construction companies can achieve better overall results and meet the increasingly complex and rapidly changing market demands. The integrated innovation collaboration model, aligned with the business model and growth, will optimize the formation of a sustainable business ecosystem in accordance with market trends in Indonesia (Green Energy & Net Zero Emissions). This will make the business ecosystem more integrated and connected among stakeholders through changes in the entire business model, operations, services, and work patterns based on digital collaboration. 1.4 Lean Organization A Lean organization has strategic goals focused on forming a responsive and agile organizational structure. There are 3 strategic initiatives to achieve these goals as shown in Table 4. One relevant stream of WIKA's rehabilitation falls under this pillar, which is reducing operating expenses. The lean organization strategy in construction companies involves applying lean manufacturing principles into construction processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase value for customers. This includes focusing on eliminating waste such as excess inventory, waiting time, or unnecessary movements, aiming to optimize workflow and maximize added value. Construction companies adopting a lean philosophy also promote close collaboration among project teams, encourage open and transparent communication, and drive continuous innovation in technology and construction methods. Thus, a lean organization helps construction companies enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction by delivering more efficient, controlled, and timely projects.
