Model Kolaborasi Inovasi Terintegrasi ( Integrated Innovation Collaboration Model) adalah pendekatan strategis yang digunakan oleh perusahaan konstruksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan keberlanjutan proyek konstruksi (lihat pada Gambar 10). Portfolio balancing needs to be supported by innovation to ensure the sustainability of WIKA's business. The Integrated Innovation Collaboration Model is a strategic approach used by construction companies to improve the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of construction projects (see Figure 10). In this model, construction companies collaborate with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to integrate various technologies and best practices at every stage of the project.
