Inisiatif lain yang dilakukan adalah penerapan WIKA Document Filing System (WDFS), yaitu untuk memastikan pengelolaan dokumen secara sistematis dan efisien serta Audit Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) yang bertujuan untuk memastikan kualitas laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat dan terpercaya. Dalam pengelolaan risiko strategis, WIKA juga mengembangkan kerangka risiko berbasis ESG yang mencakup identifikasi risiko perubahan iklim, transisi energi, serta tuntutan emisi karbon di sektor konstruksi. Sebagai langkah antisipatif, WIKA emerging risk register yang diperbarui secara berkala, untuk mengantisipasi risiko sistemik seperti seperti perubahan regulasi, ketidakpastian pembiayaan proyek, dan ketegangan geopolitik. Untuk memperkuat manajemen risiko, WIKA telah menerapkan berbagai inisiatif strategis, antara lain, penerapan Three Lines of Defense untuk meningkatkan pengawasan dan mitigasi risiko secara menyeluruh; penguatan risk opinion melalui penerapan 4 Eyes Principle, yang memastikan setiap keputusan bisnis telah melalui evaluasi mendalam oleh lebih dari satu pihak yang berwenang; serta melakukan inisiasi pembentukan risk champion, yang bertugas sebagai agen perubahan dalam mengelola dan memitigasi risiko secara proaktif. Atas upaya WIKA dalam memperkuat tata kelola, WIKA berhasil mempertahankan predikat “Most Trusted Company” berdasarkan Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) oleh Indonesia Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG), serta berada pada level 4 dengan nilai 92,35 berdasarkan penilaian dari Asean Corporate Governance.
