Untuk mengarahkan langkah strategis keberlanjutan secara jangka panjang, Perseroan telah menyusun Grand Roadmap ESG 2024–2028 yang terdiri dari lima fase: Prepare (2024), Move (2025), Resilience (2026), Grow (2027), dan Mature (2028). Roadmap ini menjadi panduan utama dalam mengintegrasikan ESG ke seluruh aspek operasional dan bisnis, serta menetapkan WIKA sebagai benchmark nasional implementasi ESG pada tahun 2028. Sementara itu, agar pelaksanaan ESG berjalan efektif dan terarah, WIKA menetapkan Direktur SDM & Transformasi sebagai pengampu kebijakan keberlanjutan, serta membentuk Komite ESG lintas divisi. Komite ini bertugas menyusun kebijakan, mengawal implementasi, dan mengevaluasi kinerja ESG secara berkala, sekaligus menjadi forum strategis dalam menyikapi dinamika regulasi dan ekspektasi pemangku kepentingan. WIKA juga telah mengintegrasikan ESG di tingkat divisi, proyek, dan anak perusahaan melalui program terukur sesuai target keberlanjutan. Pelaksanaan ESG mengacu pada kerangka kerja lembaga global seperti S&P Global, Sustainalytics, IFRS Sustainability, dan Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). PERKEMBANGAN PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SDM DAN TI Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang andal merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam keberlangsungan bisnis Perseroan. Untuk itu, WIKA berupaya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas SDM yang dimilikinya. Tahun 2024, pengelolaan SDM WIKA berfokus pada penguatan Employee Value Proposition dan Attract Retain Pegawai serta menjaga Engagement (keterlibatan) pegawai kepada perusahaan, sehingga diharapkan semua lini dapat membantu percepatan upaya penyehatan perusahaan. Dalam rangka penyehatan, WIKA menetapkan kebijakan SDM negative employee growth dan peningkatan produktivitas, antara lain melalui perkuatan digitalisasi dan ERP. Perseroan juga fokus dalam pengembangan karyawan yang dilakukan dengan menguatkan kompetensi inti perusahaan serta diselaraskan dengan arah bisnis perusahaan yang didasarkan dari pemetaan kompetensi karyawan. Pengembangan dilakukan tidak hanya melalui pelatihan, namun juga mendorong program coaching dan mentoring, shadowing dan assignment melalui rotasi pegawai. Selain itu juga mendorong pegawai untuk melakukan pembelajaran mandiri ( self learning) dengan menggunakan platform Learning Management System (LMS). Hal yang juga tidak kalah penting adalah membangun budaya kerja yang sesuai dengan nilai perusahaan. Manajemen telah melakukan penguatan implementasi AKHLAK sebagai program kerja strategis di masing-masing lini bisnis, sehingga dapat core value AKHLAK dapat terinternalisasi ke seluruh pegawai. To direct long-term strategic measures for sustainability, the Company has compiled the ESG Grand Roadmap 2024–2028 which consists of five phases: Prepare (2024), Move (2025), Resilience (2026), Grow (2027), and Mature (2028). This roadmap serves as the main references in integrating ESG into all operational and business aspects, and establishing WIKA as the national benchmark for ESG implementation by 2028. Meanwhile, to ensure that ESG implementation is effective and well-directed, WIKA has appointed the Director of Human Capital & Transformation as the sustainability policy manager and formed a cross-divisional ESG Committee. This committee is tasked with formulating policies, overseeing implementation, and periodically evaluating ESG performance, as well as serving as a strategic forum for addressing regulatory dynamics and stakeholder expectations. WIKA has also integrated ESG at the division, project, and subsidiary levels through measurable programs aligned with sustainability targets. The implementation of ESG follows the frameworks of global institutions such as S&P Global, Sustainalytics, IFRS Sustainability, and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). HC AND IT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS Reliable Human Capital (HC) and Information Technology (IT) are essential factors for the continuity of the Company’s business. Therefore, WIKA strives to continuously improve the quality and capacity of its human capital. In 2024, WIKA's HC management focused on strengthening the Employee Value Proposition and Attracting & Retaining Employees, as well as maintaining employee engagement with the Company. It is expected that all departments can support the acceleration of the Company's recovery efforts. As part of the recovery, WIKA has established a negative employee growth policy and productivity improvement initiatives, including strengthening digitalization and ERP systems. The Company also focused on employee development by reinforcing the core competencies of the Company, which are aligned with the Company's business direction based on employee competency mapping. Development is carried out not only through training but also by encouraging coaching and mentoring programs, shadowing, and assignments through employee rotations. Additionally, employees are encouraged to engage in self-learning through the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Equally important is building a work culture that aligns with the corporate values. The management has strengthened the implementation of AKHLAK as a strategic work program in each line of business, ensuring that the core value of AKHLAK is internalized by all employees.
