Dana hasil penawaran umum terbatas tersebut selanjutnya digunakan untuk mendanai beberapa proyek strategis seperti pembangunan jalan tol dan pembangkit listrik. Di tahun 2017, WIKA melakukan transformasi terhadap corporate value dari yang sebelumnya adalah CIBERTI ( Commitment, Innovation, Balance, Excellence, Relationship, Teamwork dan Integrity) menjadi ACE ( Agility, Caring, dan Excellence) sebagai bentuk respon WIKA untuk menghadapi tantangan bisnis yang dinamis. Di tahun 2018, WIKA menghimpun dana sebesar Rp5,4 triliun dari penerbitan obligasi global berdenominasi rupiah atau Komodo Bond di Singapore Exchange dan London Stock Exchange. Komodo Bond WIKA mengalami oversubscribed 2,5x yang menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari para investor global untuk berinvestasi di sektor infrastruktur Indonesia. Di tahun yang sama, WIKA yang sebelumnya memfokuskan bisnisnya pada bidang konstruksi, kini mulai memperkuat bisnisnya pada bidang investasi, seperti di sektor jalan tol, power plant dan transit oriented development untuk memperbesar porsi recurring income. Selanjutnya di tahun 2019, WIKA semakin memperkuat posisinya di kancah global melalui andil besarnya pada Indonesia Africa Infrastructure Dialogue (IAID) 2019. Pada forum internasional ini, WIKA menjadi satu-satunya perusahaan konstruksi Indonesia yang memperkenalkan dan melakukan penjajakan pengembangan bisnis dengan para pimpinan negara-negara di benua Afrika. WIKA pun eksis di 10 negara yang tersebar di benua Asia dan Afrika. Tahun 2019 juga diisi dengan kesuksesan WIKA dalam menyelesaikan sejumlah signature project di antaranya MRT Jakarta Bundaran HI-Lebak Bulus, LRT Jakarta Kelapa Gading-Velodrome, serta Bandar Udara Aeroporto Internacional De Oecusse Rota do Sandolo di Timor Leste. Memasuki tahun 2020, WIKA menghadapi perlambatan yang sulit dihindarkan akibat pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak secara nasional dan global. Banyak proyek pembangunan yang harus tertunda karena adanya kebijakan dan/atau imbauan pembatasan sosial, realokasi anggaran Kementerian teknis serta perekonomian global yang belum bergerak normal. Sebagai perusahaan publik, WIKA memahami, menerima, dan merespon dengan sigap berkenaan dengan kinerja yang akan terus dipantau kapan pun dan di mana pun. WIKA telah merapatkan barisan dan duduk bersama dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan menyiapkan rencana kerja dan strategi sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab profesional kepada publik. Pada tahun 2021, WIKA terus berupaya maksimal dalam menyelesaikan proyek-proyek yang telah dipercayakan dengan tepat waktu dan sebaik-baiknya. WIKA berhasil menyelesaikan beberapa proyek strategis nasional, di antaranya yaitu Bendungan Kuningan, Bendungan Bendo, Bendungan Paselloreng, Bendungan Tugu dan Jalan Tol Serang-Panimbang Seksi I. Selain itu, WIKA berhasil meraih beberapa proyek strategis seperti proyek Jalan Tol Cisumdawu Seksi IV, Bandara Dhoho Kediri, serta beberapa proyek infrastruktur dan gedung. Pada tahun ini pula, WIKA memperkuat portofolio bisnisnya di bidang investasi pada Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM). Selanjutnya, WIKA masuk ke bidang investasi kebandarudaraan melalui pembentukan Badan Usaha Pelaksana In 2016, WIKA undertook a limited public offering to its old shareholders, raising WIKA’s outstanding shares to 8,969,951,372. The proceeds were used to finance several strategic projects such as toll road development and power plant. In 2017, WIKA transformed its corporate values from CIBERTI (Commitment, Innovation, Balance, Excellence, Relationship, Teamwork and Integrity) to ACE (Agility, Caring and Excellence) as WIKA’s response to the dynamic business challenges. In 2018, WIKA raised funds amounting to Rp5.4 trillion through the issuance of rupiah-denominated global bonds or Komodo Bonds on the Singapore Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. WIKA’s Komodo Bonds were oversubscribed 2.5x showing the high enthusiasm from global investors to invest in Indonesia’s infrastructure sector. In the same year, WIKA, which previously focused its business in the construction sector, now began to strengthen its business in the investment sector, such as in toll roads, power plants and transit oriented development sectors to increase the recurring income portion. Later in 2019, WIKA further strengthened its position in the global arena through its large share in the 2019 Indonesia Africa Infrastructure Dialogue (IAID). At this international forum, WIKA was the only Indonesian construction company that introduced and explored business development with leaders of countries on the African continent. WIKA exists in 10 countries spread across the continents of Asia and Africa. 2019 also saw WIKA’s success in completing a number of signature projects including the Jakarta MRT Roundabout HI-Lebak Bulus, Jakarta Kelapa Gading- Velodrome LRT, and Aeroporto Internacional De Oecusse Rota do Sandolo Airport in Timor Leste. Entering 2020, WIKA faced an unavoidable slowdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic that brought significant impact both nationally and globally. Many development projects had to be postponed due to policies and/or calls for social restrictions, budget reallocations by the technical ministries, and abnormal global economies. As a public company, WIKA understood, accepted, and responded swiftly with regard to performance that would continue to be monitored anytime and at anywhere. WIKA took stock and worked together with its stakeholders to prepare plans and strategies as a form of professional responsibility to the public. Throughout 2021, WIKA’s maximum efforts continued to be seen in completing the projects that have been entrusted in a timely and optimal manner. WIKA has successfully completed several national strategic projects, including the Kuningan Dam, Bendo Dam, Paselloreng Dam, Tugu Dam and Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Section I. In addition, WIKA has won several strategic projects such as the Cisumdawu Toll Road project Section IV, Dhoho Airport Kediri, as well as several infrastructure and building projects. Also this year, WIKA strengthened its investment business portfolio in Drinking Water Supply Systems (SPAM). Afterward, WIKA also entered the airport investment sector through the establishment of an Implementing Business Entity (BUP) PT Batam International
