54 Consistent Transformation Toward Fit for Future Konsisten Bertransformasi untuk Menuju Masa Depan yang Sehat Ikhtisar Kinerja Keuangan Financial Performance Highlights Laporan Manajemen Management Report Profil Perusahaan Company Profile Analisis dan Pembahasan Manajemen Management Discussion and Analysis - Memiliki lingkup pengaduan yang akan ditindaklanjuti oleh sistem pelaporan pelanggaran adalah tindakan yang dapat merugikan Perseroan yang meliputi: Penyuapan (Terintegrasi dengan iWeb KPK), Penyalahgunaan wewenang, Penyelewengan/ pelanggaran/ penyimpangan dan pedoman etika dan perilaku perusahaan ( Code of Conduct) serta Harassment - Hasil laporan WBS pada tahun 2024 terdapat 17 (tujuh belas) laporan pelanggaran dengan 11 (sebelas) laporan pengaduan ditolak karena tidak memiliki cukup bukti untuk dilakukan pemprosesan dan 6 (enam) pengaduan telah ditindaklanjuti. 4. Penilaian ICORPAX oleh BPKP - Tujuan dari penilaian ICORPAX adalah untuk mengukur akuntabilitas koperasi sebagai pengelola kekayaan negara yang dipisahkan (KNYD) dalam rangka mendukung pembangunan sesuai maksud dan tujuan pembentukan BUMN - ICORPAX merupakan instrumen yang menghasilkan rancangan pengukuran yang mencakup seluruh parameter pengukuran individual atas peran BUMN sebagai korporasi milik negara - Telah melaksanakan pencapaian penilaian ICORPAX pada PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk tahun 2024 atas tahun buku 2023 yang dilakukan oleh BPKP perwakilan provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan hasil sebesar 79,42% dalam kategori BAIK - Telah melaksanakan Penilaian yang mencakup 5 dimensi antara lain: Akuntabilitas korporasi pada pembangunan nasional, Akuntabilitas korporasi pada keuangan negara, kepatuhan dan efektivitas operasional, Efektivitas sistem tata kelola korporasi dan Efektifitas pengendalian Fraud. 5. Penerapan WIKA Integrated Smart E-Procurement (WISE) WISE adalah sistem e-Procurement yang diterapkan oleh PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) untuk mendigitalisasi proses pengadaan barang dan jasa secara end-to-end. Sistem ini terintegrasi dengan sistem ERP perusahaan, yaitu SAP, serta aplikasi pendukung lainnya seperti Vendor Management System (VMS) dan Human Capital Management System (HCMS). WISE dirancang untuk menyederhanakan dan mengotomatisasi seluruh proses pengadaan, mulai dari kualifikasi vendor, proses tender, hingga pembuatan kontrak atau Purchase Order (PO). Tujuan Penerapan WISE a. Mempercepat Proses Pengadaan: Mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa. b. Mengurangi Ketergantungan pada Dokumen Fisik dan Proses Manual: Mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi untuk mengurangi kesalahan dan inefisiensi. c. Meningkatkan Transparansi: Setiap tahapan proses pengadaan dapat dipantau secara real-time, mengurangi potensi penyimpangan. d. Memastikan Kepatuhan terhadap Regulasi: Memastikan seluruh proses pengadaan sesuai dengan regulasi internal perusahaan dan peraturan pemerintah. e. Mengurangi Risiko Kesalahan Manusia: Otomatisasi proses mengurangi risiko human error dan penyimpangan. - Having the scope of complaints that will be followed up by the violation reporting system is an action that can harm the Company which includes: Bribery (Integrated with iWeb KPK), Abuse of authority, Misappropriation/violation/deviation and the Company's Code of Conduct and Harassment. - The results of WBS report in 2024 were 17 (seventeen) reports of violations with 11 (eleven) complaints rejected because they did not have enough evidence for processing and 6 (six) complaints have been followed up. 4. ICORPAX Assessment by BPKP - The purpose of the ICORPAX assessment is to measure the accountability of cooperatives as managers of separated state assets (KNYD) in order to support development in accordance with the aims and objectives of the establishment of SOEs. - ICORPAX is an instrument that produces a measurement design that includes all individual measurement parameters for the role of SOEs as state-owned corporations. - Has carried out the achievement of ICORPAX assessment on PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk in 2024 for fiscal year 2023 conducted by BPKP representative of DKI Jakarta province with a result of 79.42% in GOOD category. - Has carried out an assessment that includes 5 dimensions, among others: Corporate accountability to national development, corporate accountability to state finances, compliance and operational effectiveness, effectiveness of corporate governance systems and effectiveness of fraud control. 5. Implementation of WIKA Integrated Smart E-Procurement (WISE) WISE is an e-Procurement system implemented by PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) to digitize the end-to-end procurement process of goods and services. This system is integrated with the Company's ERP system, namely SAP, as well as other supporting applications such as Vendor Management System (VMS) and Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
